When you submit a file to Caliper, the file is loaded into memory, analyzed, and discarded. We do not store your files, cache their contents, or write them to persistent storage. Temporary files used during processing are deleted immediately when the request completes, whether it succeeds or fails.
We log request metadata for operational monitoring: timestamp, client IP address, tool name, dataset dimensions (triangle count, vertex count, etc.), elapsed processing time, and success or error status. We do not log file contents, file URLs, filenames, or any values from your data. Logs are retained for 90 days and then automatically deleted.
Caliper accepts two payment methods. No account or signup is required for either.
Crypto (x402): On-chain USDC on Base. We verify the transaction hash to confirm payment. Wallet addresses are not stored beyond the truncated prefix used in operational logs. No data is sent to any third party.
Card (MPP / Stripe): Card payments are processed by Stripe via the Machine Payments Protocol. When you pay by card, Stripe receives the payment amount and your card or payment-method token. Caliper does not see or store card numbers. Stripe processes the transaction under their own privacy policy. We log only the Stripe PaymentIntent ID for reconciliation; no card details or Stripe customer identifiers are retained by Caliper.
The structured metadata returned by Caliper is yours to use for any purpose, including commercial use. We do not retain copies of your results.
Caliper does not share submitted file data with third parties. Card payments are processed by Stripe as described above. There are no analytics trackers, no advertising, and no cookies on this site.
